banquet venue. The advance is not refundable in case of cancelled.
2. The booking is confirmed subject to the payment of full amount as per the guaranteed persons, 07 days before
the function.
3. In case of any changes in the no. of persons after the full amount as per the guaranteed persons, the balance
amount should be paid before the start of the function.
4. Any balance amount in case of unexpected increase in the number of persons shall be paid immediately at the end
of the function.
5. The hotel undertake the responsibility of providing food for 15% more over the above the guaranteed figures. Any
increase above 15% will attract a 20% extra.
6. We donot provide Quarter plate in any of our apatiality counter.
7. Head count will be there along with your representative and billing will be done accordingly.
