The flagship property of NLL opened in January 2005 in Gandhinagar, capital of Gujarat. Resort at Jaipur (Kukas): This is a 81 rooms Spa resort with 7 Banquet Halls and wellness Spa academy at Kukas, Jaipur, which is being opened by March 2008. Located in 20 minutes driving distance from the Airport and City Centre, it has multi-cuisine restaurants, restaurant-bar, banquets & conference facilities, SPA & Saloon, Skin Clinic, and Health Club etc. Adjoining the resort, there is an Institute being set up, the first Institute of its kind in the country, offering a range of courses in Nutrition, Spa therapy, Beauty, Hospitality, Travel etc.. The Group has entered into an international tie-up for course licensing as well as international faculty to offer top class training facilities in the Institute. The 30,000 Sq.ft. Spa will be the biggest such facility in Rajasthan State.
Resort at Udaipur : It's a 90 room Resort being set up in Udaipur, where the construction is in progress and will be commissioned by end of this year. This resort will provide state-of-the-art conferencing facilities for corporate apart from multi-cuisine restaurants, Spa, Health Club, mini Golf and many other recreation facilities to leisure travelers. This resort is situated at Kaladwas, accessible from Ahmedabad Highway, which has the beautiful hills in the back drop. This resort will have multiple conferencing and banqueting venues of more than 50000 sq. ft. , complimented by mini theater, open amphitheatre besides providing lush green lawn and swimming pool. A large destination Spa facility along with a Spa Academy is in the offing. It will provide medical and lifestyle Spa therapies and world class training facilities.
