Important Terms & Conditions -

• The rates are inclusive of all government taxes
• Maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (below 6 years) can be accommodated in each room with no extra charges and no extra bed
• All meals will be charged for children between 6 - 12 years however discounts will be applicable
• 6-12 years without bed and on MAPAI cost would be INR 699/ night
• 6-12 years with bed and on MAPAI cost would be INR 999/ night
• Above 12 years with bed MAPAI cost would be INR 1199/ night
• Food & Beverage credit is not valid against mini-bar consumption
• FHRAI, HRAI or any other membership discounts are not applicable
• Reservations to be confirmed by cash, demand draft payable at Gandhinagar or guaranteed by credit card
• No refund would be made if the package is utilized for lesser that the booked number of days
• In the event of cancellation within 15 days of check-in date, 50% of the package amount will be charged as retention
• In case of cancellation within 24 hours of arrival and No Shows, 100% of the package amount will be charged as retention
