Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Chairman, Neesa Group, holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He joined Indian Administrative Service in 1985 and served at various senior administrative positions in the State of Gujarat for 17 years. During his tenure, he held the prestigious positions including, Deputy / Joint Secretary - Industries, Finance and Energy Departments of State Government, Managing Director of Tourism Corporation, Managing Director of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation, Secretary to the Chief Minister of the State of Gujarat, Additional Secretary in Energy and Petrochemicals Department amongst others. Mr. Gupta has been CEO of the Adani Group of Companies.
Mr. Arvind Gupta, Managing Director, holds a B.Sc. Degree from Lucknow University and has completed his Masters Degree in Labour Laws and Personnel Management. He started his career with Reliance Industries Limited as Human Resource Executive. He is responsible to the Board of Directors for optimizing shareholders' value and for ensuring legal and fiscal compliance. The other responsibilities include marketing and general administration. Mr. Arvind Gupta is also the director in various other big companies. He has attended various programs and workshops related to Information Technology, Human Resource and Hotel Management.
Mrs. Neelu Gupta, Director, holds a Masters Degree in Arts and is Diploma holder in computers. She has extensive knowledge in Human Resource Management and Development, General Administration, Personnel Administration, Infrastructure Development and Maintenance, Facilities Management, Business Development & Strategic Planning.
A thorough professional with commerce background, Manoj Singhal is an MBA in HR with additional qualifications in Export Management. Mr. Singhal has been an integral part of the Neesa Group since its inception at the capacity of Executive Director, looking after Corporate Affairs & Business Development. He has fourteen years of experience with him and is instrumental in the rapid growth & development of the company. Prior to the assignment with the company, he has been with FMCG, NBFC Export & Pharma Industry in various departments viz. Accounts, Sales Administration & Corporate Affairs.
